Zennory Limited Warranty

Zennory stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its travel bag. This Limited Warranty applies to eligible Zennory travel bags purchased directly from Zennory or from an authorized Zennory retailer, subject to the terms and conditions below.

This Limited Warranty is a commercial warranty and does not limit, replace, or reduce any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Zennory Travel Bag — 2-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty applies for a period of two years from the original date of purchase, provided the product is used for its intended purpose: packing, carrying, and transporting personal belongings for travel, in accordance with any care or usage instructions provided with the product.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Stitching failures

  • Zipper failures

  • Handle or strap attachment point failures

  • Hardware defects, including buckles, clips, D-rings, hooks, and similar components

  • Fabric tears, peeling, delamination, or structural failures caused by manufacturing defects

  • Internal lining or compartment failures caused by manufacturing defects

  • Trolley sleeve, wheel, or removable hardware defects, where applicable to the product

General Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

This Limited Warranty applies only to Zennory travel bags purchased from Zennory or an authorized Zennory retailer after the effective date of this warranty.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased and used for personal use. It does not apply to products purchased or used for commercial, rental, resale, or industrial purposes.

This Limited Warranty is available only to the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient. It is not transferable.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, dents, stains, fading, discoloration, or normal surface wear

  • Normal wear and tear that does not materially affect the product’s functionality

  • Damage caused by airlines, trains, buses, hotels, delivery companies, or other third-party carriers

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, or mishandling

  • Damage caused by overpacking or carrying loads beyond the product’s reasonable capacity

  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, moisture, chemicals, solvents, or harsh cleaning products

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings stored inside the product

  • Damage resulting from use of the product outside its intended purpose

  • Natural changes in materials, texture, shape, or appearance that occur through ordinary use

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email Zennory at info@zennory.com before the end of the applicable warranty period.

The email subject line must be:

Warranty - [Name of the customer who purchased the product]

In your email, please explain the issue clearly and attach photos and/or videos showing the reason for the warranty claim.

Warranty Resolution

If Zennory determines that your travel bag has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, Zennory may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the defective part;

  • Replace the product with the same model, where available; or

  • Replace the product with a product of equal or greater value if the original product is discontinued, out of stock, or unavailable.

Replacement products or parts may vary in color, finish, design, materials, or appearance due to product updates, availability, or discontinued components. Zennory is not required to provide an exact cosmetic match.

Any replacement product or repaired product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All replaced products and parts become the property of Zennory.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zennory’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or another remedy determined by Zennory in accordance with this warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zennory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the product or its use, including but not limited to loss of use, travel disruption, lost luggage, lost personal items, or damage to items packed inside the product.

In all cases, Zennory’s liability under this Limited Warranty will not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific commercial warranty rights. You may also have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which vary by country, state, province, or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse

Zennory reserves the right to deny warranty claims, limit the number of claims per customer or per product, or invalidate warranty coverage where Zennory reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, misuse of the product, misuse of the warranty process, or submission of false or misleading information.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New York, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
